We collect your personal information in order to further the Vision and Mission of the Property Foundation. 

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide your name and contact details, we will be unable to provide you with access to certain information on our website and access to our events.

We keep your information safe by storing it on third-party managed, secure, cloud-based servers with access to your data limited to appropriate officers of the Trust and the Chair and Trustees of the Trust Board.

We keep your information for only as long as needed to continue providing our services to you, at which point we securely destroy it by deleting the information from our databases stored with third-party cloud service providers and relevant third-party software applications.
